My Equity is a friendly app designed for residents in the community. Greatly convenient for users to pay rent anytime and anywhere. In addition, users are able to request service and get the latest news about the community in the first place.

I use this app redesign to showcase my UX work.  

Find and analyze the app's target audience. Make a persona represent a specific segment of the target audience or user profile.  

User flows help describes how a user moves step-by-step through an interactive app to achieve a goal. User tasks lead to user flows of describing the path of the user.

Evaluating the app by testing it with representative users. During a test, participants will try to complete typical tasks while observers watch and take notes.  The goal is to identify any usability problems, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and determine the participant's satisfaction with the product.
